Zeno Mining Corporation was established by Gerald Morgan in BSY 38 on Earth. It began as little more than a mining operation before the headquarters was established in London in London. It became publicly traded by BSY 25. Gerald Morgan was a descendant of the Morgan family from ancient Earth.
Zeno has been owned and operated by the Morgan family for many decades. It has held a wide variety of contracts with different entities over the years. It’s most recent contract is in the Uvel System.
Zeno Mining Corporation was one of the founding corporations for Stelvik Station. The headquarters was moved in SY 3 by Gerald Morgan. The mining corporation bought out much of the market share in the Uvel System, and set up a large presence in the system itself.
The corporation is headquartered fully on Stelvik Station and no longer has mining interests outside of the Uvel System. By SY 75 Howard Morgan had become the new CEO of the corporation. In SY 88 Zeno Mining Corporation has close ties with Eclipse Logistics since they export a large portion of the minerals.
