Rhys Bennett was born on Stelvik Station in SY 54. He is the older brother of Millie Bennett who was born one year after him. His parents Archer and Bianca Bennett have had a long history in politics. Despite this, Rhys wanted something different.
In SY 72 he left for Stelvik University to start his time as a medical student. This was also the same year that he met Isabelle Duncan. The two began dating all through his time at the university. In SY 78 Isabelle became pregnant with twins.
Following the birth of Todd and Riley Bennett is when things became quite strange for Rhys and his wife. They became estranged, Isabelle attempted to drown their infant children, and disappeared. Rhys filed for divorce after Isabelle was found hiding and arrested.
Rhys has raised Todd and Riley ever since that happened. In SY 80 Rhys began his residency at Helix Medical Center. After two years he became a full time clinic doctor. Rhys started working in the Emergency Room in SY 84 and has done so since then. He has also started to look into specialization.
