Emma Reyes was born SY 50 on Earth. She was three years old when she moved with her parents to Stelvik Station and seven years old when she first met an older boy named Lorenzo.
Emma lost contact with Lorenzo during her time at Stelvik University where she earned her degree in business with a minor in culinary arts. By SY 70 she’d been reunited with Lorenzo and the pair started dating.
Emma opened her first restaurant in the lower quarter before moving it to the upper quarter of the station. She named it Sofrito Nebula and opened a secondary location a couple years later. In SY 75 she’d given birth to Ellie, whom she named after her own mother.
By SY 88 Emma owned three restaurants called Sofrito Nebula and turned it into a small franchise. She has one in different locations to help stir up business. Much of her time is taken up going from each to check in on things.
