Established in SY 12, Eclipse Logistics is perhaps the newest and most junior corporate giant on the station. It was established on Stelvik Station, and had it’s beginnings as a freighter guild before becoming established. It is the only corporation on the station that’s not publicly traded. Instead, its stock is owned by the freighter captains that help it function. This is by design, because it began its life as a freighter guild the corporation continued that trend.
Eclipse Logistical Support, or Eclipse Logistics as it’s commonly referred to, has an almost complete hold over all imports and exports to and from the station. Smaller logistics companies and independent freighters do trade with the station, but at a markup cost. Eclipse also holds some form of an alliance with each of the major corporations on the station.
Currently, the CEO of the corporation is Charlie Washington. He is the first non-family member of the original freighter captains to hold the title. Despite this, Eclipse continues to function with the freighters and the freighter captains in mind. Per tradition, the freighter captain’s get a portion of all trades to and from the station.
