Howard Dean Morgan was born in SY 49 as the only child of Rupert and Jeanette Morgan, who as a family own and operate Zeno Corporation. In fact it was Howard’s grandfather who stood up the company. Growing up Howard’s father was never really around as he was always busy running the company.
When Howard was old enough he did start to work within his father’s company starting out as a mine boss before being elevated to the board to help run things with his father. Howard did eventually inherit the company, but that wasn’t until he had been on the board for twenty two years.
He had met Serena in SY 73 and they began dating a year later. They eventually married and had their daughter Addison in SY 77.
Howard consolidated much of the company over the years that he became CEO. It was in an effort to focus on the mineral rich Uvel System. Operations in the system became focused heavily, and he formed close ties with Eclipse Logistics to keep his transport costs as low as possible.
