No private user information is kept on the website due to the nature of the simm being Play-By-Email. Only the site owner stores their personal information on the site for the purposes of posting what the simm members write and as a centralized location for simm information.
Private information such as age, gender, name, and email are sent via email directly to the site owner via the potential member’s application process. None of this information is stored on the website. This site does not track data usage as there are no advertisement efforts. The aforementioned private information is only shared with other members of the collaborative writing group.
Access logs are only kept for 48 hours. Cookies are used solely for the collaborative writing experience.
