Solara Café was originally established in SY 69 by Ashton and Eloise Elliott. The business location was in the middle quarter, and had been an old parts store before being bought and converted. Ashton and Eloise spoke very little about why they established it in the first place.
The couple had wanted Rylee to inherit it, but she decided to move away from the station for different opportunities. When they retired their son Dexter took over the business and in SY 88 he was the current owner. Solara has been around for a while and has gained a cult following. So far Dexter does not intend on expansion.
