Vitalis Solutions was established by Darian Draim in BSY 119 on Earth in the city of Paris. It is one of the oldest corporations that is still in operation. Vitalis has been owned by the same family, though the family name has changed over the decades since it was first founded. Vitalis Solutions began as a medical research institute and slowly expanded across the planet.
By BSY 85 Vitalis had transferred from the Sol System and to Alpha Centauri. It was also no longer governed by the Federation, but by a smaller faction known as the Xeno-Biological Commission. Vitalis had been one of the first corporations to move into the umbrella of this group. And, over the next several decades everything was fine.
In BSY 19 things began to really change for Vitalis Solutions. The Commission was spending more and more time dictating what kinds of things Vitalis Solutions could research and sell. When Stelvik Station was first announced Vitalis Solutions backed it. In SY 1 they’d moved headquarters and gotten out of the Xeno-Biological Commission.
Presently Vitalis Solutions continues their medical research, but they also sell medicinal goods through their pharmaceutical wing. Following the incapacitation of their former CEO the twins Celeste and Amélie Moneaux were chosen. Not only are they the youngest CEO’s on the station, but they are the youngest in Vitalis Solutions history.
