Vokan was born in 2362 on Faria Prime, she had a rough childhood and never really knew her parents. Somehow at an early age she ended up involved with the Orion Syndicate, though eventually she was able to escape from them. She went into a form of witness protection, and her original name is only known to her.
By 2383 she was a drifter moving from one system to another before finally settling down on Earth. Over the next five years Vokan had a number of odd jobs, and eventually became a full citizen of the Federation. In 2388 word had reached her about the opening of a bar on Stelvik Station, and so Vokan left to go live on the station.
