Todd Bennett was born in 2378 to Isabelle Duncan and has a twin sister named Riley. He was only four years old when his mother Isabelle disappeared, and both him and his twin sister were sent to live with their grandparents.
It took another six years for his grandparents to figure out who his father was, though Todd barely remembered that time in his life. Once his grandparents were able to find Rhys, his father, they were able to contact him.
