Novra Bostru was born on Betazed in 2354 as the younger sister of Kabran to Jennaca and Tavran. As a child she was constantly trying to help her friends and family through their problems and was very open as a child. When she was old enough she opted to join Starfleet Academy with the intentions of getting her doctrine in psychology to help others further.
However, when she was nineteen years old the Dominion War broke out and she switched fields to focus more in the realm of tactical. That same year she met Howard Morgan who was working for his father at Zeno Mining Corporation. In 2374 they were married and Novra and a year later Novra was commissioned earlier than expected.
In 2375 Novra left Starfleet Academy at the rank of Ensign and was quickly assigned to the USS Khitomer as a Tactical Officer. She saw combat on three separate occasions during the war and served only until its end. The Khitomer then returned to her duties as a patrol vessel and she took leave to visit her husband who was living on Earth. In 2376 she was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade for her actions during the war.
In 2377 Novra was pregnant with their first child whom they named Addison after her birth. Addison went to stay on Earth with her father while Novra remained on board the USS Khitomer. She was promoted to the position of Assistant Chief Tactical & Security Officer in 2380.
Novra was promoted to Lieutenant in 2383 and was reassigned to Xavier Fleet Shipyards as part of the security detail. She served as the station’s assistant Chief Security Officer and her daughter Addison moved to the station to be with her mother while Howard began working on company expansion. In 2388 Novra accepted a position as Strategic Operations Officer and Howard moved to Stelvik Station along with the headquarters for Zeno Mining Corporation.
