Dorian’s Bar & Gaming was established in 2388 by Dorian and Melissa Reade after the married couple first arrived on Stelvik Station. The interior design is quite similar to that of Quark’s Bar on Deep Space Nine with a few key differences. There are no indications of the Ferengi Alliance, instead Federation logos adorn the walls.
The bar covers three decks on the station with the first floor being the location of the primary entrance. A secondary entrance is on the deck above. The first deck is where the bar, some seating, and the gaming tables are located. Most of the gambling games are of Earth origin, with roulette, blackjack, and poker tables. The second deck has additional seating and dom-jot tables.
There is a table on the second deck that allows for the Ferengi Tongo to be played by anyone interested. The second deck also has specialized games for kids to play that don’t require tokens or gambling. The games have tokens for purchase and can be traded for prize money such as gold pressed latinum. The third deck is where the holosuites are all located and a few extra tables for additional seating.
The establishment provides a wide variety of food, drinks, and entertainment. There are a wide variety of different holosuite programs with the option to add more. Dorian and Melissa Reade opened the establishment shortly after Melissa left Starfleet, and after Stelvik Station became fully operational in 2388.
